Discovery
Working with a Design Principal, we have kick-started the Discovery Process with the client to understand their current As-Is process, for the two Personas: Demand Planner & Sales Manager.

The As-Is was actually done via an Excel Spreadsheet so we had to translate that process into an As-Is User Flow, understand the Pain-points associated with the current process.

As the day-to-day of a Demand Planner is quite complicated, it was a challenge to understand what the client really needed from the solution.

Initially, the team wanted all information points displayed on the dashboard, but with time, we have discovered together that simplifying the interface will be one of our biggest challenges.

The result
The design of the platform for 2 user groups was delivered on time and to clients' satisfaction. The handover was done throughout the design phase, allowing for an MVP delivery in 3 weeks.
We received glowing feedback from Kevin Kapala (VP of Mobility & Convenience Americas), specifically stating the “intuitive” design of the new platform and high user satisfaction after launch.
This resulted in 20% reduction in error and cut runtime from hours to minutes, technical improvements led to significant streamlining of business processes to provide time savings and earlier, actionable insights
